Vyntra Migration FAQs
1. What is the migration?
NetGuardians and Intix united to form Vyntra, a global leader in transaction observability and fincrime prevention. Both companies had different support applications and it wise to have one application to easily provide support activities and reporting. We now have Jira service desk management that will be used to manage support ticketing for Vyntra customers.
2. What are the timelines for the migration?
The project timelines will involve preliminary internal testing and main migration to happen on 30 January 2026.
3. What does this mean for you?
We will communicate a change freeze to allow migration of the current tickets opened on Salesforce to be migrated to Jira service desk. This will mean that in cases where the ticket is high priority, direct emails can be sent to sales representatives and/or account managers to avoid tickets being missed during the migration period. Please do not open new tickets or update existing tickets in Salesforce.
4. Does the support link change?
Yes, the new support link will be https://support.vyntra.com/. A document on how to navigate the new portal, open tickets, update tickets and view all tickets has been provided. All customers will receive an automated email to allow them to create their accounts on the Jira support platform.
5. Will all the tickets be migrated?
Yes, all tickets to be migrated into Jira service management.
6. Will we have a different visual for the tickets?
Yes, a new visual user interface will be implemented.
