Vyntra turns One
A Year of Building, Growing & Delivering
Thank you for being part of the Vyntra story. Here's to what we've built together, and everything ahead.
One year.
Every milestone counted.
And behind the milestones, the impact: in 2025 alone, Vyntra’s solutions monitored 11.1 billion transactions, stopped 70,500 instances of fraud, and helped financial institutions avoid an estimated $735 million in losses — up 109% on the year before. That’s what visibility and protection look like in practice.

One year of seeing
everything,
protecting what
matters.
A year ago today, two companies with a shared conviction became one. NetGuardians and Intix — teams that had spent years sharpening their craft on opposite sides of the same problem — merged to form Vyntra, with a singular mission: complete transaction intelligence for financial institutions, without compromise.
“Every transaction carries two questions: Where is it going? And should it be trusted? Vyntra answers both — in real time, across every payment, every format, every system.”
Joris Lochy, Product Manager at Vyntra
Where visibility met the world
We showed up where it mattered — EBAday Paris, SIBOS Frankfurt, Singapore FinTech Festival, Payments Canada Summit, NextGen Nordics, Transform Finance Amsterdam. Everywhere, the same message landed with fresh urgency: the gap between fraud prevention and transaction observability is a liability the modern payment landscape can no longer afford. At SIBOS 2025, we signed an extended agreement with Clearstream, part of Deutsche Börse Group — validation that tier-one financial infrastructure is ready for unified transaction intelligence.
Protection, measured
Our 2026 Anatomy of Modern Banking Fraud white paper mapped a financial crime landscape that has industrialised: an estimated $442 billion in global scam losses over twelve months, with 70% of adults worldwide reporting at least one attempt. We answered with Payment App Protection — built for the fastest-growing fraud vector — and connected directly to EBA CLEARING’s FPAD infrastructure, so European banks can share fraud signals in real time. Four industry awards in year one, including Best FinTech Scale-up at the FinTech Belgium Summit, confirmed the direction.
What a year of visibility teaches you
Most institutions are flying partially blind. Close the gap between payment operations and compliance — see a transaction’s full journey while assessing its risk in the same moment — and everything changes: decisions accelerate, investigations shrink from days to minutes, customers see fewer false declines. That is what we mean by where visibility meets protection. Not a tagline — a statement of what we build, and why it matters.
Here’s to year two.
